By 2023, we had successfully delivered 150+ projects.

One fine day, I was having some fun time with my friends when someone asked — “Hey buddy, have you heard of ChatGPT?”

That question was going to change the vision and structure our company had built over the years.

As expected, I said no.

He opened the ChatGPT website.

I thought — again, this will be some structured bot that produces predefined results, the kind my team had already worked on in the past.

To my surprise, it was different. A LOT different. Enough to amaze all of us.

I started talking to ChatGPT about everything — personal, professional. We discussed life, technology, management, and a lot more. That was the moment I realised — we could no longer plan for the future the way we used to. The future was about to change. Whether that change was for good or bad is still up for debate.

After ChatGPT, I realised I hadn’t opened two of my favourite websites — Stack Overflow and Quora — for months. The places I once turned to for every technical problem, every doubt, every late-night debugging session — I simply didn’t need them the same way anymore.

That hit me harder than I expected.

It wasn’t just about a new tool. It was about a shift — in how we think, how we work, and how we build. AlMINDS had to evolve. Not because we were forced to, but because we saw what was coming and we chose to move toward it, not away from it.

The question was no longer “what do we build?” — it was “what still makes sense to build in a world where AI can do most of it?”
